Windscribe. They have great promotions around Black Friday in the USA.
Mullvad, it’s quite famous among privacy supporters.

It’s just really expensive. I use PureVPN, it costs about €14 per year for the same service (not as strict on privacy, but I only do some torrenting).
@Bailey
The way other VPNs get cheaper is usually through long-term contracts. I personally dislike being tied to services.

I also use Windscribe, and it’s only $3/month.

I pay for pro, but I might switch since I didn’t know it was so cheap.

I got the pro plan for $10 a year.

Yeah, I had it for $36 over 3 years, but that ran out. They do Black Friday discounts, so I’ll jump on that if it happens.
But for just $3 a month, I can’t complain.
@Mason
I have it on auto-renew.

Plus one for Windscribe. I’ve had no issues with their service for over three years.
I also really enjoy their unique newsletters.

Yep, Windscribe offers unlimited data for just $3/month. If you need port forwarding or a static IP, that’s $2/month extra.

Another vote for them. They are affordable and I’ve had no problems for years.

Absolutely, it works well for me.

It’s Oracle. It’s already messed up.

They are Oracle. They will be fine.

It’s not just about Oracle, but the community when they choose to remove free tiers.
@Orion
You’re misunderstanding.
They’re Oracle - they won’t suddenly shut down their free tier because a small number of users stretch its limits. It’s unlikely they’ll eliminate the Oracle Cloud Free Tier altogether.
I actually have a Jellyfin server at home backed by an Oracle instance, so technically my data still runs through them. Most people don’t use a significant amount of bandwidth.
People should be encouraged to use what’s allowed in the free tier, even if it isn’t the typical use.
It’s about the self-hosting community. Context matters.
