VPN overridden with an Android update

The android upgrade introduced an android com service to my split tunneling on proton vpn, and everything circumvented my VPN as if it didn’t exist. Now one of my crypto applications is attempting to compel me to kyc since they discovered my true location… why is Google the worst tattletale ever. Just peering over my shoulder, attempting to tattle on me 24/7.

:man_facepalming: Ugh, that sucks! I just had the same issue after the latest Android update. Why do they always have to mess with stuff? My Proton VPN just started acting up like it’s on vacation or something. :palm_tree:

Seriously! It’s like every time they drop a new update, it’s a gamble. :game_die: I’m low-key convinced Google is just trying to play peekaboo with our data. Like, chill out, fam! :triumph:

Man, I feel you. I was just tryna keep things private. Now, I’m getting notifications like, “Hey, we see you! Time to verify!” :joy: Google is that nosy neighbor who won’t mind their business. :roll_eyes:

I heard tweaking the settings in the Developer Options could help. Just gotta be careful, though, or you might turn your phone into a paperweight! :joy::iphone:

think we all need that hat at this point! :shield: Honestly, I wonder if there’s a way to completely disable these sneaky features without breaking the phone. Anyone found a workaround?

Haha, cabin vibes sound great! :joy: But for real, we shouldn’t have to go to extremes just to keep our stuff private. Can’t they just let us choose what we want to share?
