I don’t use a VPN and I’ve never had any issues with my ISP I think you will be fine without a VPN

Thanks that’s good to hear It’s just an extra layer of security I’m a bit paranoid but also lazy lol

I had some issues My ISP suspended my Internet and I had to call them to get them to turn it back on They gave me a warning saying they would cut off my Internet If I continued It’s good to have a VPN

I used a VPN before and now I don’t All the VPN did was slow my internet speed down It’s unfortunate your ISP treated you that way but I haven’t received any warnings yet

I had the same issue I was using a VPN with my IPTV and it just slowed my connection so I switched providers and dropped the VPN and I’ve had no issues since

I’m an Astros fan living in Louisiana about 5 and a half hours from MMP in Houston I signed up for MLB.com to watch the games I paid for the season and watched until they came home They found out I was local and home games weren’t viewable since I was local Five and a half hours away and local So I bought a lifetime VPN and have been able to watch all games outside of my local area and found many other reasons to use a VPN without my ISP knowing what I was doing

I don’t use one for safety I only use it to access live Canadian shows for my wife that aren’t available outside of Canada

Your ISP will send you several notices before taking any action You should be fine

I remember when Dave and Charlie cracked down I’m not convinced that VPNs are good I think it could be a trap once credit card companies turn over data just like they did with Dave and Charlie

Dave and Charlie are from the Satellite days A lot of people received letters for $5000 because equipment providers got raided and customer lists were seized

You’re talking about Dave and Charlie from Dish Network right I received a letter from them after 13 years of service I switched to DirectTV and never heard from them again They made claims that weren’t true so I left Not going to argue with a company I do business with They don’t want my business
