Which VPN services do you think are the best

I’ve been looking for the top VPN service and want to share my experience while getting your thoughts. I felt like my personal information was exposed, which made me realize I needed extra protection. Privacy is important to me. Now I’m really interested in hearing from you all. Have you found a VPN service you think is the best? Which ones have you used, and how did they perform in terms of privacy, speed, and ease of use? Any memorable experiences or tips to share

Avoid ExpressVPN at all costs. I loved it until it got picked up by KAPE, which makes malware. I switched to NordVPN feeling uneasy about using a VPN from a company like KAPE.

Plus, with Black Friday deals, you can get it for $3.59 a month, which is a great deal. Here’s a link to check it out before the discount goes away: https://nordvpn.com/black-friday

I’ve been using Surfshark for over two years and still think it’s awesome. After trying different services, I found this to be the best and least expensive. The apps run perfectly on all my iOS devices, and I have no issues accessing streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+.

To me, trying it for $2.29 per month is a no-brainer. Here’s the discount link that might help: https://surfshark.com/special-discount

For price versus quality, Surfshark is definitely a great choice. NordVPN has more features, which I prefer from a tech perspective, but both are solid options. So if you want a budget-friendly choice with great streaming options, Surfshark sounds perfect!

After testing ten different VPNs over four years while living in the USA and Russia (I’m an architect). The best VPNs that worked for me were:

  1. NordVPN: (~https://nordvpn.com/special-coupon~): I find NordVPN best for privacy, security features, and ease of use. It’s straightforward to set up, and I feel my data is safe.
  2. Surfshark: (~https://surfshark.com/deals/coupon/~): Surfshark is a great, affordable option compared to NordVPN. It’s especially good for streaming, offering unlimited connections, which is a huge benefit.
  3. IPVanish: (~https://ipvanish.com/exclusive-deal/~) AtlasVPN is excellent for beginners, with an easy-to-navigate interface and the lowest price among VPNs.

Honestly, I would either go for NordVPN for security and features or Surfshark for price and speed.

Based on what I’ve seen on this forum about VPNs, Private Internet Access (PIA), NordVPN, Surfshark, ProtonVPN, and CyberGhost stand out as the top choices for 2024 due to their user-friendliness, speed, and privacy protections.

I like Private Internet Access (PIA) since 2017. The service gets regular updates and works great during torrenting or streaming. If you find it on discount, it’s quite affordable, too.

If you’re looking for a general-use VPN for streaming, torrenting, and hiding your activity from your ISP, CyberGhost is probably the best all-around and budget-friendly option.

If you’re on a tight budget, always check for deals. I got a two-year deal with CyberGhost during a sale and saved about 83%.

Surfshark is the top VPN for me. I’ve tried nearly all the major services, and Surfshark consistently ranks high. If you want a steady connection with lots of servers and the comfort of browsing safely, check it out. They have a big discount for Christmas.

NordVPN is unbeatable. You can disable DNS blockers, and it’s based in Panama, which has excellent privacy laws. They provide fantastic data protection: no personal info is needed. You don’t need an email, name, etc., to sign up; just a long ID as your login. Their speeds are great, and it costs around $3.30 monthly.

I recommend NordVPN for its wide selection of servers perfect for torrenting and for accessing Netflix and Amazon Prime’s geo-restricted content. It also has a dedicated app for most devices, including Android and Apple TV (not sponsored).

Surfshark is affordable and has many countries, which is great for taking advantage of regional pricing. It works well for me. Mullvad was good but has limited country choices and got rid of port forwarding, which impacted speeds.

I’d recommend PIA. I’ve been using it for a year, and they offer excellent privacy features and strong security like no logs and an ad blocker. The speeds are reliable, making streaming and browsing easy. I plan to stay with them throughout 2024.

I’ve been with Surfshark for a couple of years without issues. I can use one account on all my devices.

They just added alternative ID support for burner phone numbers and a feature to check your data on the dark web. It’s evolving to a full security setup, which I really appreciate.

In my search for the best VPN, I’ve encountered many that claim to be great but fail in practice. NordVPN, Surfshark, and PIA consistently perform well and get recommended on this forum.

If privacy is your top priority, Mullvad is an excellent choice. Though not as frequently mentioned, its focus on security and anonymous payment options makes it a strong contender in the VPN market.

I’m always on the lookout for the best VPN, especially regarding security. What’s the consensus this year based on this forum’s discussions?

I’ve been using NordVPN for a while, and it offers fantastic speed and security. Their no-logs policy and numerous servers make it reliable for anyone in need of a solid VPN.

In my search for the best VPN in 2024, I find NordVPN provides the best combo of speed, security, and ease of use. Their no-logs policy is robust, and I’ve never faced connectivity problems. Their customer support is also quite helpful. I definitely recommend trying it out to see if it fits your needs.

I’ve been using PIA for a long time, and it’s one of the best talked about in this forum. The customizable security settings are a highlight for me, allowing me to adjust according to my needs. It’s been dependable and speedy, making it a strong choice for anyone after a VPN.
