Windscribe has ad blocking built-in, although honestly, I’d just use uBlock Origin for ad blocking with whatever VPN you prefer.

ProtonVPN offers NetShield, which blocks ads, trackers, and malware at the DNS level. It’s effective and doesn’t slow down browsing much.

Surfshark has CleanWeb, which blocks ads and trackers across devices, and it’s included in their basic subscription. Performance is solid too!

I use NordVPN with their Threat Protection feature. Works great even outside of VPN use—ads disappear, and phishing links get blocked.
Tried a few, and AdGuard VPN works well if you care a lot about blocking ads, though it’s a bit niche. The main feature is just ad-blocking tech across apps.
If ad-blocking is the goal, just use Pi-hole at the network level—it’s free, blocks everything on your home network, and you can pair it with any VPN.
