What can I do if my VPN is not working?

I’ve been using Digilink VPN, but out of the blue, it stopped working, and I can’t reconnect. What should I do to fix this?

The first thing to try is disconnecting and reconnecting the VPN. It might just be a temporary issue. If that doesn’t work, confirm that your internet connection works without the VPN.

Also, switching to a different server in the VPN app could help, especially if the one you were using is down or overloaded. Try clearing the VPN app’s cache or switching to a different protocol like OpenVPN or WireGuard if your app allows it.

Make sure your VPN app is up-to-date. If you use firewalls or antivirus software, they might be blocking the VPN—temporarily disabling them could be a test to see if that’s the issue.

Lastly, reach out to Digilink’s support team if the problem persists.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the VPN app. Sometimes reinstallation fixes bugs that updates miss.

If your VPN supports split-tunneling, disable it. Some servers can mess up connections when split-tunneling is on.

Oh wow! This helped me a lot! Thanks a ton!

Check if your ISP is blocking VPN connections. In some regions, ISPs throttle or block certain VPN services.

WireGuard protocol often performs better in places with restricted networks. If Digilink offers WireGuard, try switching to it.
