OVPN not working and support is not responding

Is anyone else using ovpn.com?

My service has not been working for a few days and support has not replied at all.

I’m really frustrated because I paid for a whole year three months ago.

Also, which other VPNs offer port forwarding that will work with Plex without using split tunneling? I tried Airvpn but the ports I tried to open are always labeled as unavailable.

Try using their random button. Selecting a port myself also didn’t work.

Look into CeloVPN or Windscribe.

This is why I stick with the top rated VPN services like Nord or ExpressVPN. I use both. Too many unreliable VPNs out there and the free options are usually bad.

Top rated by what standard? Are you talking about ranking sites they control? Both are not great for p2p since they don’t support port-forwarding.

It must be really frustrating to deal with service issues and get no help after paying for a year. Have you thought about trying NordVPN or Private Internet Access? They often allow port switching and tend to have better support. Hope you get things sorted out soon!
