I've been running a free VPN service helping users in Russia, China and Iran access the free internet ask me anything

I’m looking at the premium pricing and I see ‘tokens = time’, but I can’t find out how many tokens equal how much premium time anywhere on the website or in the Telegram bot. Is there clear pricing information available?

By the way, I’m in China and the Amsterdam free server is working well for my testing, but I’m looking to gain access to UK Premium servers.

Please don’t use this forum for job ads or help questions. Find a different forum for that.

I find it odd that Turkey is on the list. It’s not exactly known for internet freedom and actively uses DPI. Even Tor has very few exit nodes in the country. What made you choose to include it?

Turkey is a popular VPN exit location for many users in the Middle East because it has excellent connections with nearby countries.

Two questions:

  1. What type of reports do you produce for statistics (like top 50 websites, top 25 categories, etc.)?

  2. Can you share any insights from the statistics you gather?

We don’t have detailed statistics beyond the growing user numbers:

Since our launch, we’ve provided VPN configurations to over 150,000 users, with over 10,000 active users every month.

Not a question, just wanted to say thanks for your service. You are one of the few people who believe in free speech and information. Much respect

Do you genuinely believe that those you refer to as “Russians” can access the information their government is trying to hide from them?

What’s your problem with Russians? Do you support the Russian government’s actions in Ukraine?

Of course not, are you joking?!

Slava Ukraini, forget Russia

@West
Then why are you suggesting that the person who posted this should not assist Russian citizens in discovering the truth about the war rather than falling for the government’s constant propaganda?

Ready to reply to all your questions

What is your motivation if not pure altruism? Are you gaining something from this service in another way, and how does that work?

How do you keep yourself safe from foreign governments?

And how do you protect your users from those governments?

What advanced protocols are currently used to bypass censorship in these countries? Who developed these tools?

How do you keep your service safe from misuse by bad actors like hackers or spammers?
