Private Internet Access is a solid option for what you need PIA with Qbittorrent is a good combo
Whatever you decide make sure to link your VPN with Qbittorrent You can find videos on how to do this if you need help

Also be sure to turn off upnp on your router I set mine and switched ‘all addresses’ to 10.8.0.1 (the last number changes and I don’t like that) and I still had leaks No leaks since I turned off upnp

My VPN is not popular and I actually like that I haven’t had any problems with it Speeds are good and they don’t block or log anything
Switch to qBittorrent and check the terms for Avast I doubt they allow torrenting Also consider ProtonVPN or other known ones like Mullvad, Express or Nord

Mullvad stopped supporting port forwarding some time ago and that matters for certain users
AirVPN has a great deal going on right now I got 3 years for only 65 euros
It’s not that Avast is a bad company
