Is there any method for me to alter my phone’s IP address for a long time? I don’t mean a virtual IP address; I’ve wanted to alter my phone’s IP address for a long time. For example, I live in the United States, but I want to move my location to China since some applications won’t let me access them even after I change my virtual address. Can you folks understand what I mean? Please assist me.

Just use a VPN. Pretty obvious.

Technically, all IP addresses are virtual—there are no “physical” IPs.
If you want to change yours, use a VPN like Windscribe, Mullvad, or IVP

If you want a stable IP that doesn’t rotate, some VPN providers offer static or dedicated IP addresses.

If a VPN doesn’t solve your problem, another option is to use a VPS (Virtual Private Server). Some people buy VPS services located in other countries and use them to route their traffic.
Have you considered asking your ISP for a different IP? Some ISPs let you request a new IP address through their customer service or by resetting your router.
