I receive a Geoblock error whenever I try to view something on all4. BBC iplayer works great, however All4 consistently fails. I cleaned the cache, but the problem persists; has anyone seen this or has any solutions?

All4 can be a real pain when it comes to geoblocking. Even if BBC iPlayer works, All4 has stricter VPN detection. 
Have you tried connecting to different UK servers? Sometimes the issue is just a particular server being blacklisted.

If you’re using ExpressVPN, switch to a “UK - Docklands” server. That one usually works for me with All4. Also, make sure the Firestick’s location is set to the UK in Settings > Preferences > Location.

I had the same problem and fixed it by restarting the Firestick after connecting to the VPN. Just unplug the power for 30 seconds and try again. It sounds dumb, but it’s worked for me before.

Clearing the cache is good, but have you also force-stopped the app?
- Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications.
- Find All4 and force stop it.
- Then launch it again with the VPN active

Not all VPNs are the same when it comes to All4. If you’re using something like NordVPN or Surfshark, try their obfuscated or specialized servers (like the streaming-optimized ones). All4 is better at blocking VPNs than BBC.

Another thing—disable IPv6 on your router if you can. All4 sometimes picks up IPv6 leaks even when the VPN is on. Some VPNs struggle to block all IPv6 traffic, which could trigger the geo-block.
